The reservation confirmation serves as the basis.

number of persons
The definitive number of persons must be reported to us at least 24 hours before theevent. It is the basis for purchasing, production and invoicing.

cancellation terms
In the event of an unannounced reduction in the number of guests, the last reportednumber of persons is the basis for invoicing.

parking
Please note that there are NO parking spaces available on the Schlossberg. However, ashuttle service is permitted. Please park in the nearby multi-storey car parks Grabengutand Burgzentrum. You reach the Schlossberg via a shorter footpath with stairs.

prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Swiss francs and include 7.7% value added tax.

publicity
The sticking of posters etc. on facades, columns, walls, windows and passageways isnot permitted.

damages
In any case, the organizer is liable for all damages to rooms, furnishings, furniture, andthe surrounding area.

insurance
Goods brought in must be insured against all possible risks by the organizer.
The Restaurant & Hotel Schlossberg as lessor declines any liability.

Direct Booking Voucher
We reserve the right to issue only one voucher per family name (even if more than oneroom is reserved) if the reserved rooms arrive on the same day.

place of jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions and the contracts concluded on the basis thereofshall be governed by Swiss law. The place of performance and jurisdiction shall be Thun.
